FRUITY SANGRIA

SERVES 6

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 oranges
  • ½ bottle (375 ml) red wine
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 2 glasses (350 ml) orange juice
  • 1 can (330 ml) lemonade

Method

  1. Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Marinade with red wine and sugar. Chill in the fridge overnight.

  3. Before serving, add orange juice, lemonade and ice-cubes.
