- 12 butter crumble (or any flat butter biscuits)
- 6 tbsps jaffa orange curd
- 500 g strawberries
- 125 g blueberries
- 1 can (300 g) mandarin oranges
- Icing sugar for dusting

- Place a biscuit on a plate, Scoop 1 tbsp of orange
curd unto the centre of the biscuit. Arrange strawberries
and blueberries around the curd.
- Place another biscuit on top of the berries (so
that the dessert looks like a sandwich).
- Garnish with orange slices and dust with icing.
