Desserts to Spoil your Guests -
BUTTER CRUMBLE WITH ORANGE CURD AND BERRIES

SERVES: 6

Ingredients

  • 12 butter crumble (or any flat butter biscuits)
  • 6 tbsps jaffa orange curd
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 1 can (300 g) mandarin oranges
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Method

  1. Place a biscuit on a plate, Scoop 1 tbsp of orange curd unto the centre of the biscuit. Arrange strawberries and blueberries around the curd.

  2. Place another biscuit on top of the berries (so that the dessert looks like a sandwich).

  3. Garnish with orange slices and dust with icing.
